I began taking evening yoga classes
with Annette this passed summer by
the seawall. Her classes have been
an enriching experience. She is able
to tailor each session to our needs
and helps us push ourselves a bit
more each week. As a beginner, I
have truly enjoyed our sessions and
I can feel the difference it has
made in my day to day activities.
