Annette Bailey
is a
Canadian Yoga teacher who has a
genuine love for people and the
practice of yoga. Annette
specializes in private lessons and
students who have limitations.
She prescribes posture sequences for
her student's specific needs,
resulting in an individualized yoga
experience. Her passion for
yoga and teaching began with strong
roots in dance and creative movement
in her home town of Toronto.
Struggling through adolescence with
inflexibility and an uneasy mind,
she turned to the benefits of yoga and meditation.
Practicing yoga ignited her inspiration to
provide cohesive teachings to a wide
range of students. Annette's
work
enables her students to
attain well-being and inner peace
while struggling in a world full of
stress and chaos.

Her
experience, integrity,
and holistic approach
bring an
all-encompassing and
complete atmosphere to
her classes. Annette's
teaching style ranges
from traditional Hatha
Yoga to Ashtanga,
Vinyasa Flow, Kripalu,
pre-natal practices,
yoga for seniors, and
yoga for pain
management. |
Her
class sequencing and clear
instruction make it possible for
students of all levels and interests
to find the joy in practicing yoga.
Annette teaches from her private
Vancouver studio and also offers
house visits.
